Open Plan living…. You hear it all the time and this home is a great example of that.
Living, dining, kitchen flowing out to the back entertaining deck. We were limited with space between the back of the house and the garage. We have to make it a useable space to entertain but also it needed 4 access points on and off the deck. Yard entry, garage entry, house entry, driveway entry.
Due to the lack of with of the deck we incorporated a beach seat with mood lighting underneath. This enabled the table and chairs to be closer to the garage wall give more space on the deck for guests. It also gave a great spot to sit and look through to the tv on the loungeroom wall.
