Simple, clean, cost effective. This little number was designed for a granny flat secondary dwelling that was to be rented out as an investment. So they wanted something that not only looked good and gave the dwelling value but also kept the budget down as much as possible.
The treated pine decking with a white wash finish is a very cost effective way to keep the price down and still looks amazing. The privacy screen and balustrade again are simple but cost effective, looks great and ties in with the granny flat.
