This brand-new home build is really something else.
It was a Master Builders Association custom home of the year in 2020. It was designed for an elder couple who just started their retirement and they just wanted something that screamed class and sophistication.
They love to have dinner parties and wanted plenty of room to sit, eat, and drink nice wines with their friends. Then when family birthdays and Christmas rolls around they can open it all up and join the outdoor table up with the dining table and you then have a dinner party for 30. The timber feature wall was a no brainer due to all the nice timber features throughout the home.
It tighes the home together just nicely.
